Through this assessment, we'll get a gauge of where your current metabolic health is at. If you're feeling low energy, low motivation, high stress, sleeping poorly, high cravings, high hunger, and/or poor recovery, these are all signs that you're metabolic health could be compromised.
Through Phase 1 of our Conquer Framework, we'll work to optimize your metabolism so you begin to feel your best, preparing your body, both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, for an effective and efficient fat loss phase (Phase 2).
This is an assessment we've developed to get a better understand of where your current relationship with food is at. There are a lot of little things that, often times, are overlooked. But, if not caught, these things can lead to self-sabotage later on in your journey, causing weight regain.
If you're struggling with binge eating, stress and emotional eating, late night cravings, viewing foods as "good" or "bad", or restricting yourself from certain foods or food groups, this assessment will allow us to start pulling the curtain back on these things so we can ensure you work through them.
Now that we know more about your metabolic health and your relationship with food from the assessments you took, you're exact calorie and macro goals will be set up in our coaching app. We'll also make sure these are tailored to your goals, whether that is to lose body fat, practice maintaining, or build muscle.
You're going to get access to our best nutrition guides that are going to provide you with all the education you need to know, but more importantly, tons of tips on how to implement this into your lifestyle.
